Martha Dryden

Martha Dryden, CAPS, HCCP, C3P, serves as the Director of Property Management for AU Management. She has been with AU for over 20 years working first on the Development Team before helping form and lead the Property Management Team in 2012. Martha is responsible for overseeing AU’s portfolio of 30 properties in Kentucky and West Virginia including the property management and maintenance staff, daily operations and all property compliance. Martha has served on the GLAA Board of Directors since 2016, chairing the Legislative Committee in 2018 and 2019. Martha served as the President of the Board of Directors of the Greater Lexington Apartment Association from 2020-2022 and currently serves as Immediate Past President. Martha is the President of the Apartment Association of Kentucky Board of Directors and also serves on the National Apartment Association Affordable Housing Committee as well as the National Apartment Association Education Institute Board.
