Danielle Porche, CAM, CAPS

Danielle Porche is a Regional Director at PRG Real Estate, where she oversees operations across the Kentucky and Missouri markets. Since joining PRG in 2008, Danielle has advanced through multiple on-site leadership roles in the company’s Louisville and Lexington portfolios before being promoted to Regional Director in 2015. With nearly two decades of industry experience, she is known for her operational leadership, team development, and commitment to delivering strong performance across her regions.
Danielle holds both the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designations through the National Apartment Association. She is also deeply involved in the multifamily industry, currently serving as President of the Apartment Association of Kentucky (AAK) and Vice President of the Central Kentucky Apartment Association (CKAA), as well as committee involvement with the Louisville and Kansas City Apartment Associations (LAA, AAKC). Danielle earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kentucky.
