Professional Bio
Jenni has built her entire career within the apartment industry — starting as a Leasing Consultant and growing into nearly every facet of it, from on-site operations to corporate strategy. That journey has given her a rare, ground-up understanding of the industry, and an equally deep conviction that its greatest asset is its people.
She currently serves as Executive Director of the Central Kentucky Apartment Association (CKAA), a role she stepped into in 2024 after joining as Assistant Director the year prior. Her ties to the CKAA go back much further — as a Board member from 2008 to 2013, she led the Outreach Committee to a NAA Paragon Award for Community Service, a milestone that reflects her belief that associations thrive when they show up for their communities.
Jenni is energized by the relationships and partnerships that make this industry move — whether that's connecting members with the right resources, collaborating with industry leaders, or championing the professionals who are just getting started. Mentoring the next generation is something she takes genuine joy in, and she considers it one of the most meaningful parts of her work.
She feels privileged to have grown her entire career within this field — and is committed to making sure others have every opportunity to do the same.
