Professional Bio
Taylee Tincher is the Assistant Director of the Central Kentucky Apartment Association (CKAA), bringing passion, creativity, and a strong foundation in multifamily housing to her new leadership role. A Kentucky native, Taylee began her career as a Leasing Specialist in 2021 and quickly became known for her innovative approach to marketing, resident engagement, and community building.
Taylee previously worked with RealSource Properties, where she earned multiple honors, including Leasing Specialist of the Year in 2023 and Leasing Associate of the Year in 2024 from CKAA. She also helped design a portfolio-wide social media template, mentored new hires, and consistently exceeded leasing and customer service benchmarks. Her ability to blend strategy with heart made her a go-to leader among peers and supervisors alike.
Beyond her professional achievements, Taylee has shown a deep commitment to service and growth — serving on the CKAA Outreach Committee and participating in numerous community initiatives. Now, as Assistant Director, she’s eager to continue advocating for the industry she’s grown to love, while helping strengthen the voice, network, and impact of CKAA across Central Kentucky.
