Cancellation policy

Due to the variety of our events, our cancellation policy will be based on a case to case basis.  Keeneland Tickets are non-refundable.

Approval of cancellation can only be confirmed by Jenni Wilson Jenni@ckyaa.org

Please note that if requests are not approved, all no shows will be billed.
