We are thrilled to recognize your achievements and celebrate your contributions to the multifamily industry.

🚨 Please be sure to read all of the information below carefully to ensure your submission meets all updated requirements and is eligible for judging. 

📥 CKAA Crowne Excellence Awards Submission Instructions:

✨ What’s New This Year:

• All nominees are required to complete the official CKAA Submission Form for their award category.

• All submissions must include:

  • Completed Submission Form

  • One Letter of Recommendation (or completed Recommendation Form)

• Submissions must be uploaded through the CKAA portal as part of your registration.

• Only completed submissions received by the deadline will be considered for judging.

• There will be no grace period — the portal will close automatically at midnight on the deadline date.

We’ve made these changes to ensure a clear, consistent, and fair judging process for all nominees!

📋 How to Submit:

1. Complete your official Submission Form (including your name, company/property name, and contact information).

2. Upload your completed submission form and any required supporting materials (letter of recommendation) during registration.

📅 Submissions are due by Friday, September 19, 2025.
🚨 (The portal will automatically close at midnight.)

✅ Only complete submissions received by the deadline will move forward to judging.

• Read the guidelines carefully. Focus on what the judges will be scoring.

• Showcase your strengths. Don’t be afraid to share your accomplishments proudly!

• Proofread before you submit. A quick review can make a big difference.
