• Entry Fee:

  • $50 per category, or

  • $200 to enter all five categories (discounted bundle)

• Best Fitness Center

• Best Model Apartment

• Best Landscaping

📸 Submission Requirements:

• Submit 1–5 photos for each category you enter.

• No professional photography allowed — showcase the authentic character of your community!

• Judging is based solely on photo submissions — so capture your best angles!

🏡 Judging Details:

• Entries will be judged within two property age groups:

  • Properties built 1960–1990

  • Properties built 1991–Present

• Winners will be selected within each age group per category to ensure a fair and exciting competition.

• Select the category (or bundle) you wish to enter.

• Complete your property and management company information.

• Upload your photos directly through the registration form.

• Submit by the deadline — no late entries will be accepted.
