Join your peers on December 5, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Lexington for an elegant evening of recognition, connection, and celebration.

📋 Important Registration Information

• You may register guests before you know their names. Simply enter “TBD” for each unnamed guest and provide their information when it becomes available.
• Each table seats 10 guests.  The hotel is strict about not seating more than 10 per table.
• We will do our best to seat all company groups together. However, due to space limitations, private tables cannot be guaranteed, and some tables may include guests from multiple companies.
• During the online registration, you will be asked for each guest’s name, company, and email address. This helps ensure everyone receives important updates as Gala night approaches.

🚗 Parking Information

The Gala will be held at the Hyatt Regency Lexington, 401 W. High Street, in downtown Lexington. Please allow plenty of time to arrive, park, and check in.

• Gala guest self-parking: Available for $10 in the High Street parking lot across from the hotel.  Take your ticket to the front desk of the hotel to pay & validate at any point throughout the evening.
• Overnight hotel guests: Self-parking is $10 per night and includes in-and-out privileges. Take your ticket to the front desk of the hotel to pay & validate at any point throughout the evening.
• Valet parking: Available for $30 per night for overnight hotel guests or $40 for special event guests who are not staying overnight.
• Alternative parking: Nearby options include the PNC Garage, Victorian Square Garage at 350 W. Short Street, and the Lexington Financial Center / SP+ Garage at 230 W. Main Street. You can also explore parking availability and rates through SpotHero.
