Join us Thursday, October 15 for a special Double Header General Membership Meeting featuring two conversations that matter to our members, our industry and our community.

Candidate Forum

Hear directly from Shannon Brooks and Alex Garcia, candidates for Kentucky 22nd District Court, 2nd Division, during a candidate forum moderated by Stephen Marshall.

This conversation will give attendees an opportunity to hear from both candidates and learn more about the individuals seeking to serve our community.

State of the Industry

Then we’ll turn our attention to the multifamily market with Robert Jones and Brandon Cutwright of Silvestri Real Estate and Krissy Fett of CoStar.

They’ll share insight into what they’re seeing in the Central Kentucky multifamily market, where things stand today and what apartment industry professionals should be watching as we look ahead.

Of course, there will also be time to enjoy lunch, connect with fellow CKAA members and catch up with friends and industry partners from across Central Kentucky.
