This October, we’re putting a spooky twist on the MKC Round Table and talking about the situations that make multifamily professionals think, “Well…now what?”

Resident nightmares. Maintenance mayhem. Unexpected disasters. Difficult conversations. Problems that just wouldn’t die. And maybe even a few literally scary onsite stories.

Bring your own “scary story” and join an open, honest conversation about what happened, how you handled it, what worked, what didn’t, and what you would do differently today. The best lessons often come from situations that didn’t go according to plan, and this round table is an opportunity to learn from people who have been there.

Everyone in multifamily is invited - including maintenance! Managers, assistant managers, leasing professionals, maintenance teams, regional professionals and others all experience challenges from a different perspective, and we want those perspectives at the table.
