To ensure you’re fully on board as an exhibitor, payment must be made in full by July 1st, 2025. If payment is not made by this deadline, your reservation will be forfeited, and your company will not be able to participate in the event. We’ll draw door prizes using Trade Show Map Cards. Have attendees get their maps signed at your booth to be eligible for the “Game of Chance” Giveaway at 7:30 PM. Be sure to bring your door prize to the giveaway area by 7:20 PM! After individual giveaways, we will give away the big Cash Prize!
