Welcome to the CKAA Trade Show 2025 Exhibitor Hub! We're so excited to have you join us for this Out of This World experience. Buckle up and check out all the information you need to ensure a smooth journey to a stellar event. 🌠

🚀 What’s Included

Each booth includes:

• 1 – 6ft Table for your display

• Pipe and drape for booth borders and privacy

• 2 Chairs to help you stay comfy while networking

🚀 Booth Setup – Ready for Takeoff!

• Setup Time: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

• All booths must be set up by 4:00 PM—don’t miss the countdown to opening time!

• Exhibitor badges will be ready for pick-up upon arrival—just check in, and you're ready for launch!

🚀 Exhibitor Ticket Acknowledgment:

• Standard Booths come with 2 exhibitor tickets.

• Premium Booths come with 4 exhibitor tickets.

• Additional tickets are available for $100 each.

• Exhibitor Names: Please submit the full name and job title/role of your exhibitors by August 14th, 2025 to ensure name badges are ready. If you're unsure of your team members, you can enter “TBD” and update us later—just make sure to finalize everything by the deadline!

🚀 Payment Confirmation – Countdown to Full Participation

To ensure you’re fully on board as an exhibitor, payment must be made in full by July 1st, 2025.  If payment is not made by this deadline, your reservation will be forfeited, and your company will not be able to participate in the event. Don’t miss the opportunity to be part of this out-of-this-world experience!

• Premium Booth: Our front-row, high-visibility booths—perfect for exhibitors who want to be seen and make a big impact!

• Tabletop Booth: A smaller, tabletop display if you prefer a compact setup. Just bring your table, and you're ready to shine!

If you need extra power for your booth, simply select the Electricity Add-On. Let us know what you need to stay plugged in and ready for action!

🚀 Door Prize Rules – Let’s Have Some Fun!

We’ll draw door prizes using Trade Show Map Cards. Have attendees get their maps signed at your booth to be eligible for the “Game of Chance” Giveaway at 7:30 PM. Be sure to bring your door prize to the giveaway area by 7:20 PM! After individual giveaways, we will give away the big Cash Prize! 

🚀 Friendly Reminders – Don’t Miss These Key Details!

• No solicitation outside of your booth area.

• Children are not allowed on the trade show floor.

• Booth breakdown begins after the giveaway at 7:30 PM, but please wait until the show ends and attendees exit before packing up.

• All exhibitor names must be submitted by August 14th, 2025, for name badge preparation.
