Entries Close: Friday, August 14, 2026

Entry Fee:

• $50 per category
• $200 to enter all five categories—a $50 savings!

• Best Pool
• Best Fitness Center
• Best Model Apartment
• Best Landscaping

📸 Submission Requirements

• Submit 1–5 photos for each category entered.
• Professional photography will not be accepted. We want to see the authentic character of your community!
• Judging is based solely on the photos submitted, so choose images that showcase your entry at its very best.

🏡 Property Divisions

Each property must be entered in one—and only one—of the following divisions:

• Legacy: Built 1960–1984
• Classic: Built 1985–2009
• Contemporary: Built 2010–2024
• Modern: Built 2025–current
• Revitalized/Renovated: Properties of any age

The selected division will apply to all award categories submitted for that property. A property entered as Revitalized/Renovated may not also compete in its original age-based division.

🛠️ How to Enter

1. Select the individual category—or the discounted five-category bundle—you wish to enter.
2. Provide your property and management company information.
3. Upload your photos directly through the entry form.
4. Submit your completed entry by the deadline. Late entries will not be accepted.

⚖️ Judging

Entries will be evaluated by multifamily industry professionals from outside the Central Kentucky market, providing an experienced and impartial judging process.

Winners will be revealed at the Crowne Excellence Awards Gala: Speakeasy Soirée on Saturday, December 5, 2026!
