Important Trade Show Rules, Announcements & Reminders
We’re excited to have you join us for the CKAA Trade Show & Education Conference as we Celebrate 250 Years of Community. Below is everything you need to prepare for a successful and engaging event.
๐น What’s Included
Each booth includes:
• One (1) 6-ft table space
• Pipe and drape for booth borders and privacy
Please note: Exhibitors are required to provide their own table coverings.
๐น Booth/Table Setup
Setup Time: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
All booths must be fully set up by 3:00 PM prior to the trade show opening.
Exhibitor badges will be available at check-in upon arrival.
๐น Exhibitor Tickets
• Standard Booth: Includes 2 exhibitor tickets
• Premium Booth: Includes 4 exhibitor tickets
• Ultra-Premium Booth (NEW): Ticket allotment coming soon
• Additional tickets available for $100 each
Exhibitor Names:
Please submit the full name and job title/role of your exhibitors by August 13th, 2026 to ensure name badges are ready. If you're unsure of your team members, you can enter “TBD” and update us later—just make sure to finalize everything by the deadline!
๐น Payment Requirement
To confirm your participation, payment must be made in full by June 30th, 2026.
If payment is not made by this deadline, your reservation will be forfeited, and your company will not be able to participate in the event. Don’t miss the opportunity to be a part of this experience!

• Premium Booth – Our front-row, high-visibility booths—perfect for exhibitors who want to be seen and make a big impact!
• Ultra-Premium Booths (NEW) – Limited interactive lobby spaces designed for maximum visibility and attendee engagement
• Tabletop Booth – A smaller, tabletop display if you prefer a compact setup.

We encourage exhibitors to reflect the theme in a way that aligns with your brand. Ideas may include:
• Showcasing how your company supports community growth and long-term partnerships
• Highlighting “then and now” — evolution of your services or industry impact
• Creating a welcoming, community-centered space that encourages conversation
• Incorporating subtle red, white, and blue accents in a modern, professional way
• Focusing on connection, collaboration, and the people behind your business
Booth Inspiration Ideas:
• “Then & Now” – Show how your company or services have evolved
• “Built on Community” – Highlight your impact on residents, teams, and properties
• “Proud to Serve the Industry” – Focus on how you support day-to-day operations

Engagement Ideas:
• Offer a quick demo or hands-on example of your service
• Create a simple activity or conversation starter

This does not need to be elaborate—simple, thoughtful touches that reflect community, connection, and purpose will make the biggest impact.
๐น Door Prize Drawing Participation
We’ll draw door prizes using Trade Show Map Cards. Encourage attendees to have their maps signed at your booth to be eligible for the “Game of Chance” Cash Prize Giveaway at 7:30 PM.
NEW FOR 2026
Please do not bring your individual giveaway item to the trade show.
• A photo, printed description, or display of your prize may be used at your booth
• Individual giveaway winners will be announced during the event, just prior to the final cash prize drawing at 7:30 PM
• You will coordinate delivery of the individual prize directly to the winner’s property after the event
After individual giveaways, we will draw for the final cash prize.

๐น Booth Staffing Expectations
Each booth must be staffed by at least two representatives at all times to ensure continuous engagement with attendees.
๐น Booth Breakdown Policy
Booth breakdown may begin only after the final cash prize drawing and once all attendees have exited the trade show floor.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in a non-compliance fee invoiced after the event.
๐น Important Reminders
• Solicitation is limited to your assigned booth space
• Children are not permitted on the trade show floor
• Please remain present and engaged throughout the duration of the event
